Handling Photography

Some women attending the meetings do NOT want to be identified with cannabis or Ellementa. Before taking photos or video or audio recordings, ask your group for permission. Give women the option not to be recorded in any way. Point video recording devices away from women in the audience and focus on the experts. Record or photograph from behind for non-identifying images. Take photos of women who DO give permission. If you bring in a photographer, please invite a female one to increase women’s comfort level. There will be times that you can’t dictate a female reporter or camera person. That is fine, but only allow them to film or photograph at the start of your Gatherings.
