Giving Comp Tickets
We understand that there will be cases were you would like to comp tickets. As explained previously, we offer the opportunity for women to Gift a Ticket through the Pay It Forward ticket to help offset the costs of letting women in for free. Even without a contribution, we feel strongly that Gatherings should be accessible to ALL WOMEN. Money should not be a barrier to entry.
There are other situations where comp tickets can be useful. Here are some common reasons to comp tickets.
- Media Comps – We will comp them
We totally support comping journalists who may write a story about Ellementa. We have a special discount code to register the media. Ask Leader Support how to handle. See also MEDIA RELATIONS – CONTACTING MEDIA.
2. Sponsors Comps – We will send to the sponsors based on Sponsor Intake Form
We include 1-2 free tickets for sponsors to attend Gatherings depending on the level of sponsorship they have purchased. Remember that we request female reps for the Gatherings. We do welcome men during the first portion of the program, however, we ask them to respect that the second half of the program entails an intimate conversation about female health and wellbeing. 3. Potential Sponsors Comps – Ask for a comp code
If you feel strongly that you can cultivate lucrative sponsorship deals by inviting a potential sponsor to attend for free, let us know, and we will process the comp.
4. Guest Comps – Ask for a comp code
You can certainly invite women to your Gathering as your guest. This will cut into your revenues, however, is always a nice gesture. To obtain comped tickets, you can send us the email addresses with first and last names of those who should be comped.
There may be situations where having a comp code in hand could be useful. We can discuss this and make appropriate arrangements.
You could use a comp code if you are attending a networking event or another cannabis event and would like to generate interest in your Gatherings. You could print a code on some of your marketing postcards that you hand out to stimulate sales. Or you might want to use a code as a giveaway at a trade show booth or to your friends and followers in social media. We are all for creative ideas that will bring more attention and attendance to your Gatherings – just keep in mind that admissions are part of your earning potential.
