Distributing Marketing Materials
You have access to digital files to produce marketing materials at your local print shop. We recommend editing them each month with specific Gathering details or asking your local print shop to help you edit the files. These files are also available through the Leader Resources Page of the Leader Site.
Handing out flyers and postcards is an option, and if you’d like to do this, it should happen 2-3 weeks prior to your Gathering. Local businesses can help market your Gatherings to their customers through signage, emails, and conversation – even if they aren’t sponsors.
Local businesses that can help you promote your Gatherings (cannabis and non-cannabis):
Dispensaries
Smoke and Vape Shops
Edibles companies
Marketing companies
Hair Salons
Day Spas
Fitness Clubs
Retail stores
Clothing stores
Jewelry makers
Food establishments
Health food stores
Health practices
Acupuncturists
Massage therapists
Energy workers
Grocery stores
Restaurants and cafes
Community centers

Do not plaster your town with Ellementa posters and postcards. Be strategic and partner with businesses locally including where women frequent rather than randomly distributing marketing materials. Get commitments from companies that their staff will hand out flyers to their female customers. This is smart customer service and adds value for them.
Some local businesses will let you put a flyer in their window, on their door, or on a bulletin board. Some may want more than one flyer to hang up throughout their space.
Ask local businesses if you can place postcards or mini flyers at their counter or near their register. For dispensaries, encourage them to have their budtenders refer their female customer to your Gatherings.
