Ellementa meets monthly to bring women together to learn about cannabis for health, wellness, self-care and caregiving. This is a non-consumption, educational event for women/female-identified only. We create welcoming spaces where women can come together to speak openly about cannabis wellness.
Jenna Bartell, West Coast Distributors
Jenna Bartell is an energetic, motivated cannapreneur and mother of two young girls. Prior to starting her own paraphernalia company, Jenna was an HR and coaching professional, with a focus on empowering females through self-awareness and effective communication. To keep herself balanced, she microdoses cannabis throughout the day, finding it helps with productivity (at work) and patience (at home). Jenna prioritizes keeping her body as healthy as her mind, pursuing various forms of exercise and activity throughout her daily life.
Molly Campbell, CBD Buyer, The Frost Farms
Originally from Colorado, Molly Campbell has spent the better part of her 20’s learning about holistic healing obtaining a BA in Integrative Health at Metro State University in Denver. She worked for two years in an herbal aporthecary gaining hands on training making tinctures, salves and creams, medicinal teas, and many other herbal products as well as earning her Community Herbalist Certification. She has since branched out and started creating her own line of handmade herbal products as well as doing herbal consultations in the community. She also has a 200 hour yoga teaching certificate. Her passion involves combining yoga and herbs to help empower women in their own healing journeys. Molly has been working at one of Anchorage’s top dispensaries, The Frost Farms. She is the buyer of CBD products in the store allowing her to work with several CBD companies in Alaska and is continuing to deepen her own understanding and knowledge about the many healing properties of it can provide.

Aliza Sherman is co-founder and CEO of Ellementa, a national network and resource for women interested in cannabis for health and wellness. Ellementa was founded in Anchorage, Alaska to bring women together to speak openly about cannabis and is now running in 10 cities across the country. Aliza founded the first woman-owned Internet company in the 1990s, Cybergrrl, Inc., and the first women’s networking group focused on the Internet, Webgrrls International. She is the author of 11 books including The Happy, Healthy Nonprofit.
